Refund Policy:
Thank you for choosing us for the service you are looking for your business. We have the following guidelines for refund or cancelation if any client wants to call off. Find our policies below:

We offer a full refund if your project has not been started within 15 days after the payment.
If you don’t want us to work on your project, you need to inform us within 24 hours after the payment. If you have made payment for the project on Friday, you need to intimate us for the cancelation by Sunday for a full refund. If you fail to inform us about your intent within the given timeline, Bala International will deduct proportionally and the rest amount will be refunded.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome or your expectations are not met within the given timeline, Bala International will refund you a proportional amount based on the project cost.
In case of our denial for working on your project due to any reason, we will issue a 100% refund within a maximum of 7 working days.
If you want to cancel the service beforehand, you are required to intimate us through email at least 7 business days before the next billing period.
If you are charged even after cancelling the services, we will issue a 100% refund.
We don’t offer the refund of the money spent on paid campaigns on search engines and social media networking platforms, or the money that is non-recoverable for us.
All types of request for refund or cancellation must be raised in writing. Your request for the same will never be termed to be valid unless and until you get a confirmation message upon the payment.
